We at Harbour Lights Gallery endevour to make buying online as easy and safe as possible, all transactions are dealt with and processed in a secure environment (Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet), this ensures that your details are protected from any unathtorised persosns. However, due to the sensitivity of this secure environment, some web browsers can at times cease to function correctly, if you experiecnce this problem you can either order by calling us on 01348 831 549 or emailing us at info@art2by.com

Dispatch & Delivery

1. - Unframed Prints can be delivered between 1 - 2 Working Days (subject to availability).
2. - Mounted & Framed Prints can be delivered between 5 - 6 Working Days (subject to availability)
3. - All Packages must be signed for on delivery packages can be sent to work addresses, or at a time convinient to you (limited availability) works can also be collected from our Gallery in Porthgain.

6.-Western Europe delivery rates - Delivery to Western Europe includes Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City State (Holy See), Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland and San Marino. 8. -Tracking an order - depending on the delivery method required tracking an order is realatively simple, you can use a tracking number which relates directly to your package (provided to you after dispactch) and using the couriers website track the progress of your package. Alternatively you can contact us and we can assatian your pakages progress for you.
9. -When ordering goods from Harbour Lights Gallery (art2by.com) for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Harbour Lights Gallery (art2by.com), you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

10. -Please note that due to the fragile nature of artwork, from time to time, the galss may become damaged, any damage which may occur is covered by the insurance emelment of the delievry charges, so a replacement will be sent. However, we have only ever had one damaged picture during our 12 years of trading online, if when recieving your package you notice sever damage to the packaging/or hear broken galss, please call us on 01348 831 549 so we can deal with the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible

VAT

However, in the case of our framed prices we can not offer this price match guarantee as our 'framed prices' reflect the type of frames which we use, these are typically very high quality bespoke frames and mounts, and may vary dramatically in cost from other framed prices shown by our competitors.
